본 방침은 호주 Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) 및 호주 개인정보보호원칙(Australian Privacy Principles, APPs)에 따라 ClaimSmart 웹사이트(claimsmart.net.au)에서 수집되는 개인정보의 처리 방식을 안내합니다.

This policy explains how personal information collected via the ClaimSmart website (claimsmart.net.au) is handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

1. 수집하는 정보 / What we collect

성함, 연락처(전화·카카오톡), 이메일, 사고 유형·주(state), 사고 일자, 사고 경위 등 상담 신청 시 직접 입력하신 정보. 사고·부상 관련 정보는 건강정보로서 민감정보(sensitive information)에 해당할 수 있으며, 동의 체크박스를 통한 명시적 동의를 받아 수집합니다 (APP 3).
또한 방문 경로 파악을 위해 유입 채널 정보(utm 파라미터: 예 — 병원, 차량수리점, SNS 등 캠페인 출처)를 함께 수집합니다.

Name, phone/KakaoTalk, email, incident type and state, accident date, and a brief description you provide. Accident and injury details may constitute health information (sensitive information) and are collected only with your express consent (APP 3). We also collect campaign source parameters (utm) to understand how you found us.

2. 수집 목적 / Purpose

귀하가 스스로 도움을 요청한 경우에 한하여 상담 신청 검토 및 회신 연락, 사안 파악, 서비스 개선과 안내 채널 효과 측정에 이용합니다. 본 사이트는 정보 제공 서비스로서 요청 없이 먼저 연락하지 않으며, 목적 외 이용은 하지 않습니다 (APP 6).

Used only where you have yourself requested assistance — to review and respond to your enquiry, understand your situation, and measure how our information reaches people. This site is an information service; we do not initiate unsolicited contact, and we do not use your information for unrelated purposes (APP 6).

3. 저장 위치 및 국외 이전 / Storage & overseas disclosure (APP 8)

상담폼으로 제출된 정보는 웹사이트 호스팅 서비스인 Netlify, Inc.(미국 소재)의 서버에 저장된 후, 담당 변호사팀 이메일(rrlee@littles.co)로 전달됩니다. 즉 귀하의 정보는 호주 국외(미국)로 이전·저장됩니다.

귀하가 폼의 동의 체크박스에 동의하시면, Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) APP 8.1은 해당 국외 이전에 적용되지 않으며, 미국 수령자가 APPs에 준하는 보호를 제공하지 않을 수 있고 이에 대해 본 사무소가 Privacy Act상 책임을 지지 않을 수 있음을 알려드립니다. 동의하지 않으시는 경우 폼 대신 전화(0408 249 334)로 상담을 신청하실 수 있습니다.

Form submissions are stored on servers of Netlify, Inc. (United States) and forwarded to our team's email. Your information is therefore transferred to and stored outside Australia (in the US). If you consent via the form checkbox, APP 8.1 of the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) will not apply to that disclosure; the US recipient may not be bound by the APPs and we may not be accountable under the Privacy Act for its handling. If you prefer not to consent, you may contact us by phone (0408 249 334) instead.

4. 보관 및 보안 / Retention & security

상담 신청 정보는 상담 처리 및 법령상 보존 의무에 필요한 기간 동안만 보관하며, 이후 파기하거나 비식별화합니다 (APP 11). 전송 구간은 HTTPS로 암호화됩니다.

We retain enquiry information only as long as needed for the consultation and any legal retention obligations, then destroy or de-identify it (APP 11). Data in transit is encrypted via HTTPS.

5. 열람·정정·삭제 요청 / Access & correction

본인의 개인정보에 대한 열람·정정·삭제를 원하시면 rrlee@littles.co로 요청해 주세요 (APP 12, APP 13).

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal information at rrlee@littles.co (APP 12, APP 13).

6. 불만 처리 / Complaints

개인정보 처리에 관한 불만은 우선 본 사무소로 연락해 주시기 바라며, 해결되지 않는 경우 호주 정보보호감독기구 OAIC(Office of the Australian Information Commissioner, oaic.gov.au, 1300 363 992)에 신고하실 수 있습니다.
